O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of the I.A.No.16 of 2012 in O.S.No.4070 of 2004 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the first respondent has filed the suit in O.S.No.4070 of 2004 seeking the relief of declaration. Pursuant to that, I.A.No.16 of 2012 in O.S.No.4070 of 2004 has been filed by the respondents under Order 1 Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure to implead the respondents 5 and 6 as proposed defendants in the aforesaid suit. The revision petitioner has filed the counter statement on 10.01.2012 and thereafter, the said application has been adjourned from time to time without disposing the said application. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present civil revision petition before this Court.

3. In view of the facts and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the I.A. 16 of 2012 has been pending and the records also show that the matter has been simply adjourned without giving any reasons. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the learned II Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose the I.A.No.16 of 2012 in O.S.No.4070 of 2004 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No Costs.
