Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the arrears of pay to the petitioners consequent on the re-fixation of pay for the periods which were taken into account for revision of pensionary benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.202, School Education(G2)Department, dated 24.09.2008.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that consequences to the revision of pay, the pay has been re-fixed to the writ petitioners. However, the arrears consequent to the re-fixation is yet to be paid based on G.O.Ms.No.202, School https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Education (G2) Department , dated 24.09.2008. In this regard, the petitioners had submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 07.12.2010.

2.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners on 07.12.2010 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioners are directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
