(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.F.B.Benjamin George, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not deposit the amount as directed by this Court and that the petitioner would work out his remedies before the appropriate forum.

3. In the light of that, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.7280 of 2024 is closed.
