This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 07.08.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10281 of 2020.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and he drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 3 of the counter Affidavit filed by the 3rd Respondent. For better appreciation, the same is extracted hereunder: "3.

It is submitted that, Mr.Chandrasekar who worked as Village Administrative Officer, Naranamangalam Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District was dismissed from his job due to non-payment of Kist and debt amount to the Government in time for the period of 06.11.1995 to 27.06.1997. Instead, he paid at delay on 06.05.1997 to 08.05.1997. After that under Na.Ka.H1/11987/1997 on 09.10.1998, the abovesaid Chandrasekar was dismissed from service. Based on the Page No.2 of 4
instructions given by Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.1901 of 2007 and W.P.No.10281 of 2020, compulsory retirement with all pension benefits given to the Chandrasekar under the Na.Ka.A1/2755/2007, dated 13.08.2021. The Tahsildar, Kunnam, Perambalur District directed to disburse abovestated retirement benefits and the retirement benefits were given to the wife of the deceased Chandrasekar Tmt.Yogambal, whose Account Number is 1777108023010 maintained at Canara Bank, Thuraimangalam Branch, Perambalur District and the details are given below:

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners have any grievance, it is open to them to put forth the same in the manner known to law.
