PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S, 2023, to modify the condition in para no.7(c) of Crl.O.P.No.1436 of 2025 order dated 07.02.2025. For Petitioner(s):

The petitioner has filed a modification of the condition in para no. 7(c) of Crl.O.P.No.1436 of 2025, which was imposed on 07.02.2025, after one month.

2. If the petitioner had been suffering from any medical ailment, he ought to have approached this Court immediately. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

3. Though this Court is not inclined to modify the condition, in view of the medical ailments, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.1436 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
