C.M.P.Nos.15685, 15686, 15687 and 15688 of 2016 in C.M.A.Nos.2203 to 2206 of 2003 N.KIRUBAKARAN,J These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 18.08.2016 passed in C.M.A.Nos.2203 to 2206 of 2003, which were dismissed for want of proof and to restore the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are ordered as prayed for. The judgment dated 18.08.2016 passed in C.M.A.Nos.2203 to 2206 of 2003 is set aside. C.M.A.Nos.2203 to 2206 are restored. The appellant in all the above appeals is permitted to pay batta with petition.

4.Notice to the respondents returnable in twelve weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
