ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

2. This Revision is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge to expedite and complete the trial in H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2022. The respondent has filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2022 on the file the Sub Court, Rasipuram 1/4

3. It is seen from the proceeding sheet filed by the petitioner that the respondent has made appearance certainly on 07.07.2023 and the matter was adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress. One of the grievance of the petitioner is that the learned trial Court has given more than 90 days for filing counter by the respondent.

4. Considering the circumstances, explanation made by the petitioner and on going through the material papers, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition with certain directions.

5. The learned Sub Judge, Rasipuram is hereby directed to issue a direction to the respondent to file counter by fixing a specific date and on such filing of the counter, the learned Sub Judge, Rasipuram, shall proceed with the enquiry after following due process and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 18.04.2023 jai 2/4
