ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders by absorbing service of the petitioner in to Agriculture Department based on the communication of the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent in Letter No.Thu.Pa.1/ 16697/ 2018-2 dated 19.07.2018 within a stipulated time.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this writ petition for mandamus by directing the respondents to absorb the service of the petitioner into Agricultural Department based on the communication of the second respondent dated 19.07.2018 to the first respondent. However, he further submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent absorbed the services of the petitioner in the Agricultural Department vide order dated 16.11.2024.

Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
