O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a suitable direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri for speedy disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.14 of 2016 against I.A.No.317 of 2016 in O.S.No.74 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate judge, Ponneri pending against the respondents on the time bound basis.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that, challenging against the order passed in I.A.No.317 of 2016 in O.S.No.74 of 2016 dated 21.04.2016, the revision petitioners have preferred an appeal in C.M.A.No.14 of 2016 before the Subordinate Court, Ponneri. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, there is no other legal impediment to dispose of the C.M.A.No.14 of 2016, now pending before the Subordinate Court, Ponneri. The said appeal is still pending for more than a year before the appellate Court. Therefore, the revision petitioners have filed the civil revision petition before this Court.

3. In view of the facts and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri to dispose the C.M.A.No.14 of 2016 in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No Costs.
