PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent not to interfere with the affairs of the Club and further not to interfere with the peaceful

possession and enjoyment of our Club.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent not to interfere with the affairs of the Club and further not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of our Club.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to state whether the fourth respondent had made any interference in the affairs of the petitioner club.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that so far the petitioner has not sent any representation to the respondent.

4. In view of the lack of particulars, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be entertained.
