Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19435 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23943 of 2023, dated 14.12.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
