Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 19.02.2013.

For Petitioners : Mr.Mani Sundargopal For Respondents : Mr.R.Bala Ramesh Addl.Govt.Pleader O R D E R The petitioners are presently working as Junior Bank Inspectors in Dharmapuri District Central Co-op. Bank Limited. It is the grievance of the petitioners that they have not been given pay parity.

2. The petitioners earlier made a claim in C.P.Nos.109, 110, 113, 115, 116, 117, 119 and 120 of 1992 before the Labour Court, Vellore. The Labour Court vide Award dated 19.01.1994 directed the second respondent to grant them the very same pay taking into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

account the scale of pay granted to other 10 Junior Bank Inspectors. However, there was no follow up action taken by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 19.02.2013 requesting the first respondent to revise their pay scale. Since nothing was heard thereafter, the petitioners are before this Court.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners' dated 19.02.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
