This writ petition has been filed directing the 3rd respondent to pass final order in letter sent filed by the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.2103/99/B2/DPI dated 20/05/1999.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
