This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.27268 of 2023 vide order dated 24.01.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners herein shall report before the respondent Police at 10.30 am., on the first and third Saturday of every month, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
