PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 1195/2016 dated 29.11.2016 passed by the second respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu Kingsley, S/O Mohan, male, aged 29 years, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and set him at liberty.
