Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.33009 of 2015 dated 14.10.2015, the writ petitioner has preferred this contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the letter dated 03.02.2016

sent by the Panchayat Secretary, Pudugummudipoondi Panchayat to that effect. The said communication along with the connected documents are also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
