(CRIME NO.1/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 04.03.2022 in Crl.O.P No.5202/2022 that the petitioner shall report before the investigating officer, W-24 All women Police, Teynampet at daily 10.30.a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.POORNIMADEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5202 of 2022 by an order dated 04.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is yet to be completed and hence the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
