This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.31716 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.31716 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
