Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., from 06.04.2022 in the order passed in Crl.OP. No.6338 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022 in the interest of justice and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREERANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.This Court, while considering the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.6338 of 2022, dated 30.03.

2022 imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, from 06.04.2022, until further orders. The petitioners are husband and wife. The first petitioner is complying with the condition. Whereas the second petitioner/wife of the first petitioner is not complying with the condition or executing the surety, since it is stated that the mother of the second petitioner is unwell and she is taking care of her. This case is relating to non-payment of loan availed from a Private Bank.

3.Considering the fact that the other accused, who is none other than the husband of the petitioner herein, is complying with the condition and taking note of the fact that she is reporting that the settlement talk is under progress, as far as the petitioner herein is concerned, the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to that effect the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
