Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for investigation totally or to grant a further period of 6 months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report Vellore CBCID Cr.No.3/2019, u/s.294(b), 307,379, 506(ii) IPC and also to comply the direction of this Hon'ble court passed in Crl.MP.No.18296 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.7241/2019 dated 18.12.2019 and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.E.PRATAP,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) , Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.C.MUTHUKUMAR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Vide order dated 18.12.2019, this Court had directed the respondents herein to complete the investigation within a period of three weeks and file final report. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the order order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18296/2019 and to file a final report.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18296/2019. -sd/- 03/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
