This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1244 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28300 of 2023, dated 01.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1244 of in Crl.O.P.No.28300 of 2023, dated 01.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
