The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 10.10.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.12909 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 10.10.2017, the petitioner's representation has been

considered and closed on 20.08.2018.

3. I am of the view that, it cannot be termed to be a willful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 10.10.2017.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
