Petition for modification of the anticipatory bail condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore, in C.M.P.No.2668 of 2015 dated 23.06.2015.
2. The learned Sessions Judge, Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to report and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. for 15 days and thereafter, as and when required.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an employee of Annamalai University and the office timing is 9.00a.m. to 5.30p.m, due to that the petitioner is unable to appear before the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to comply with the condition in the evening and thus, he prays to modify the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore.
4. In the circumstances, the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Cuddalore Division, Cuddalore, passed in C.M.P.No.2668 of 2015 dated 23.06.2015 is modified to the effect that the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on the petitioner to report and sign before the respondent police daily at 7.30p.m. for 15 days and thereafter, as and when required.
