This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16078 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14826 of 2023 on 06.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioner are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
