This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.6638 of 2020, dated 16.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.6638 of 2020, dated 16.09.2020, has been complied with. The learned Government Advocate produced a copy of G.O.(Ms).No.131, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(I) Department, dated 22.12.2021 to that effect.
