ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 29.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that apart from this petitioner, seven others have alleged similar complaints to the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District, which has been forwarded to the second respondentPolice.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the complaint, this Court is of the view that it will be in the interest of justice, if the complaints are transferred to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Crime Branch, Tiruppur, for better investigation. Accordingly, the complaint dated 29.04.2016 given by this petitioner and other complaints are directed to be transferred to the file of the District Crime Branch, Tiruppur, for enquiry and action to be taken in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
