The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to employ the petitioner with all attendant benefits as per order of the third respondent in A.P.No.210/2003 dated 10.12.2004 based on the representation dated 21.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court without going into the merits of the case, may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2019 and implement the order of the third respondent in A.P.No.210/2003 dated 10.12.2004.

3.In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2019 and implement the order of the third respondent in A.P.No.210/2003 dated 10.12.2004, if not already 2/4

implemented, if there is no legal impediment, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
