ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records in C.C.No.2117 of 2009, on the file of the 17th Metropolitan Magistrate Court,Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It appears that the accused has paid Rs.50,000/- as could be seen from the endorsement in C.C.No.2117 of 2009. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Both the counsels are not in a position to dispute the same. Considering that the cheque amount has already been paid, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and C.C.No.2117 of 2009, on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai is quashed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
