ORDER
This writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from granting an electricity service connection to respondents 4 to 6 in respect of the property situated at Survey No.134/3B, new Survey No.134/32B, Thiruvalangadu Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2025.
2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to respondents 4 to 6.

Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit and other material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 to 6 are erroneously trying to obtain an electricity connection in respect of the property owned by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has objected to the grant of the electricity connection. The petitioner has also filed a civil suit in O.S. No. 50 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif, Tiruttani and to avoid the same, the fourth respondent has 2/5
approached the second respondent and trying to obtain the connection.
4. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that an application had been received from the fourth respondent and till date, the connection has not been effected.
5. In that view of the matter, since the civil suit is already pending between the parties, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court by way of such interim application and as and when any order is issued, the same shall be obeyed by respondents 1 to 3. As and when such an application is filed, the concerned Court shall take it up as expeditiously as possible and interim orders can be passed in the presence of both the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6. The parties shall act on the web copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy.
6. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 21.03.2025 nsl 3/5
