There is no representation for the petitioner for the past three hearings.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of the cart track, after the judgment rendered by the Civil Court in O.S.No.240 of 2010, dated 07.10.2010, the complaint was given by the petitioner on 28.11.2022 against the third respondent and the parties were enquired based on the complaint given by the petitioner. Since there is no threat to his life or enjoyment of the disputed pathway as alleged in the complaint, the parties have agreed to workout their remedy through the Civil Court.
