KP 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 05.04.2025, was placed before this Court. Accordingly, the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with. The monitory benefits shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
