WMP No.9780 of 2023 and WP No.4144 of 2016 M.DHANDAPANI., J This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent (S.K.Kamaludeen) Viz., K.Ayesha as 3rd respondent in the above said writ petition No.4144 of 2016.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
