ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.2.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.On a complaint given by the petitioner, it is represented that the respondent police have conducted investigation and called the opposite party for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, the opposite party appeared to have paid around Rs.11,00,000/- and promised to pay the balance amount shortly.
4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
