Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to forthwith commence conciliation with regard to the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner on 15.06.2017 and further direct the third, fourth and fifth respondents to await the progress of the conciliation proceedings before proceeding with the domestic enquiry instituted against the members of the petitioner union.
