Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the files of the respondent in G.D.No.4402/2016-17 and G.D.No.4403/2016-17, respectively, dated 25.01.2017 and quash the same being illegal, invalid, without authority of law and violated the principles of natural justice and contrary to the law.
