By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to effect sub-division of his remaining extent of vacant site measuring 1639 sq.ft., comprised in S.No.15A/1D, Kodanagar Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District by fixing boundary stones and issue patta to him as directed by the first respondent in his office proceedings in Na.Ka.M1/4874/2016 dated 01.02.2016 and in Na.Ka.No.M3/31652/2016 dated 30.08.2016.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there may be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2016. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
