2. According to the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the petitioner is admitted by residing in United States of America and she seeks leave of the Court to be represented by the Power of http://www.judis.nic.in

3. However, considering the above facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to engage a Power of Attorney to represent her before the Family Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
