These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent on record as the respondents 4 to 7 in the above CMP.No.29308 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent on record as the respondents 4 to 7 in the above CMP.No.29308 of 2024. Issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 15.07.2025.

5. Post the case on 15.07.2025.
