O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the Respondent to allow the petitioner to do the business running at No.88A Vallalar Street, Puthagaram Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Tiruvallur District, without the disturbance of the Respondent.

2. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he was not permitted to conduct the business in the premises under his occupation. The legality of the occupation cannot be adjudicated before this Court in the present writ petition. However, the respondent shall consider the representation in respect of the grievances of the writ petitioner and take a decision on merits and in accordance with law.

3. In this view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 14.03.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law at the earliest possible, without causing any undue delay.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
