This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the dismissal of petition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff praying for attachment of property before judgment in order to secure the suit claim amount.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the respondent has no intention to alienate the property.

4. Considering the submission, a direction is given to the respondent not to alienate the property till the disposal of the suit.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.7212 of 2019 is closed.
