ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 21.08.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Karaikal in Crl.M.P.No.565 of 2024 in STC No.383 of 2023, thereby dismissing the petition filed to reopen and examine the defence witness.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that the after the impugned order was passed, the petitioner filed a petition under Section 315 of Cr.P.C and the same was allowed and the petition filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C was dismissed.
4. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 21.08.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate - II, Karaikal in Crl.M.P.No.565 of 2024 in STC No.383 of 2023.
