O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.919 of 2011.

2. Heard Mr.M.N.Balakrishnan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner .

3.The accused in STC.No.919 of 2011 is before this Court for the direction to the Trial Court to expeditiously complete the trial. It is seen that the trial is pending since 2011 and that the accused is always ready to get along with the way and there is no reason, the trial is being prolonged.

Since the accused himself has filed this petition, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case to direct the Trial Court to complete the trial in S.T.C. No.919 of 2011 within three months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. The petitioner/accused is directed to co-operate in the disposal of the case before the Trial Court.
