Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 19.01.2022 before this Court, wherein, it is stated that the First Appeal in A.S.No.29 of 2014 itself was disposed of on 28.08.2019 and therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
