This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No. 32 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Counsel (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report bearing No.FR-0019/2026 has been filed on 20.06.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Counsel for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the said final report sheet, if he so desires. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.06.2026 nv 2\4
