ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.198 of 2015 before the respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was injured and he also produced copies of the medical records.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and submit the medical records. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
