Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2399 of 2021 order dated 04.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2399 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2021, while granting bail.

already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
