This application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules read with Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator, Hon'ble Mr.Justice.S.Rajeswaran (Retd.,) till 30.08.2024 for making of Award/completion of arbitral proceedings.

2. Mr.T.Saikrishnan, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents and submits that vakalat will be filed by the end of this week.

3. Learned counsel submits that he has instructions to report that the respondents have no objection for allowing this application.

4. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that the case is in advanced stage of trial i.e., Cross-Examination of CW2, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
