ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the Petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court Page No.1 of 4

under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26055 of 2025 dated 23.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26055 of 2025 dated 23.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
