ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court Page No.1 of 4

under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 104 on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26725 of 2025 in the order dated 25.10.2024 in Crime No.186 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26725 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 104, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
