ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.2513/2017 dated 02.02.2017 came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/contemnors submitted that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, vide Letter of the 1st respondent in Letter No.22113/AM1/2014 dated 22.02.2018 as well as the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No.A1/3812/2013 dated 26.02.2018. He has produced the copies of the said proceedings before this Court and the same are taken on file and record.

In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is so advised, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
